Appointing Interns: A Smooth and Efficient Process

Intern Selection

Interns will visit your office for interviews as per the listing of vacancies updated by employers from Internsphere Software

Appointment

Once interview with the students and guardians is successful, appoint them as interns through the Appointments Menu in InternSphere software

Profile Activation

Update intern profiles with contact info, photo, and Aadhaar details. These details are mandatory and will be used for embedding in 5 party internship agreement

Managing Internships: Guidelines and Responsibilities

Training

Employers are expected to provide rigorous training to the interns in areas of Accounts, Audit, Income Tax and GST

Stipend

Pay minimum stipend of Rs.4000 p.m. to interns (First 2 months half stipend to be withheld and paid at the end of 11th and 12th month)

Work Review

Approve or reject daily activity reports from InternSphere Intern Management Software

Leave and Attendance

Interns are allowed up to 45 days of unpaid leave other than Sundays and Public Holidays. Office Timings are 1pm to 7 pm (or any mutually preferable 6 hours a day) totaling 36 hours a week. 

Status Updates

​Update the system when an internship is completed or terminated. If progress report is not submitted for 30 days, internship shall be terminated and no refund of the deposit shall be made.
