Instructions to be followed by Students & Employers

  1. Visit internsphere.in, where students can visit for interview. 

  2. Shortlist the employer as per your choice

  3. Students themselves have to call the employer. No phone calls will be made by Employers.

  4. Prior to visit of the employer, do give a call to ensure availability of the employer in office

  5. While appearing for interview the interns should go with the parents / guardians compulsorily.

  6. Employer may ask few interview questions from 12th Std or related to College Syllabus. Answer with proper aptitude and attitude.

  7. Carry with you, 10th-12th Marksheet and College FY/SY/TY Marksheets (Whichever is applicable to you) while on interview.

  8. Carry Scanned Copy of Aadhar and your Passport Sized Photo.

  9. Stipend (Remuneration) will be paid by the CA Firm as per the norms of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Presently it is minimum Rs.4000/- p.m. 50% of first two-month stipends will be payable on the completion of internship.

  10. The amount of stipend may be further increased only if the employer thinks fit. However, during the interview or thereafter, DO NOT NEGOTIATE FOR STIPEND

  11. Employers shall train you for 1 full year in the areas of his practice which may be GST, Income Tax, Audit, Accountancy or Project Finance.

  12. Interns should cheerfully complete all work without unnecessary complaints.

  13. All primafacie complaints should be discussed with the employer at first. Then if required the matter may be brought to the notice of College and CAAS

  14. A total of 45 days unpaid leave shall be available (subject to approval of employer) excluding Sundays and Public Holidays (Public holidays as per respective office rules).

  15. Office Timings shall be 1 to 7 pm (6 hours a day). Total of 36 hours per week has to be attended for internship.

  16. In case of leaves exceed 45 days or there is a shortfall in weekly hours, internship will be extended accordingly.

  17. Internship progress report in InternSphere Software has to be submitted by the intern on daily basis and the Employer will have to grant approval or reject the daily activity or work done record.

  18. If the progress report is not submitted for continuous 7 days, a report shall be sent to the College and Guardians of the students.

  19. If the progress report is not submitted for continuous 30 days, the internship shall be terminated, and no refund of the deposit shall be made.

  20. If interview is successful and if employer agrees for your internship, he shall ask for soft copy of Aadhar Card and Passport sized photo. 

  21. The Employer shall issue 2 signed internship agreements on the spot during the interview, from the InternSphere Software.

  22. Get signature of your parents/guardians along with your signature.

  23. A refundable deposit of Rs.2500 shall have to be paid through UPI/Wallet to CAAS by scanning the QR Code generated within the software.

  24. This refundable deposit shall be refunded on completion of internship after a year OR if the employer-intern mutually terminate the internship after fulfilling notice period requirements. If internship is prematurely terminated or terms of agreement are violated, then the refundable deposit shall be forfeited.

  25. Submit the agreement at the College within 7 days of completing the interview. 

  26. Appear for the interview and secure your place. 

  27. If interview is unsuccessful, immediately appear for interview at other offices in the list as per your preference.​
